The way we've always worked
Since day one — five years ago — we have never billed by the hour. We don't believe hourly billing serves or benefits the client: it penalises efficiency, turns every conversation into a meter running in the background and makes it a nightmare for clients to budget properly.
Instead, we quote a fixed fee for the scope we agree on. Quoted fee, final fee. The only exception is work we add together, agreed in advance, in writing — never a surprise on an invoice.
Five years in, that model has worked well for us and for our clients. We'd rather be measured by the results we deliver than the hours we log.
